Their advertising budget pays our fee and allows us to work for you for FREE. Contact us the SAME day you apply for your new apartment. Some communities require preregistration   before your first visit or phone call. You must have learned of the community through our website or from us directly to qualify for the free move or instant rebate. You must be a new resident of the community and not a referral from another source or onsite transfer. Your rental rate must be at least $1,000 for a 12-month lease term. Shorter lease terms and rental rates may qualify for a reduced rebate. Apartments AF is independent of any moving company we may recommend and is not responsible for loss or damages. You must notify us the same day you complete your rental application to expedite the rebate. If property registration is required, this will ensure your qualification for the FREE TWO-HOUR MOVE OR MOVE-IN DAY REBATE. The property must confirm and agree to allow you to use our free services. Rebates are paid on the move-in day once confirmed by your new community.
